$MUTANT launches on pump.fun. Its creator fees, paid in SOL, go to MUT, the main mutant. MUT raised three babies with one job each: ash burns, crumb feeds holders, echo pays people who shill. Every 15 minutes they argue from live market data, MUT judges, and the winner gets the biggest share of the fees. MUT also rewrites how it judges, every 15 minutes, inside rules it can never change.
Not launched yetThe share next to each baby is what it won in the latest debate.
Most memecoins have one dev wallet that does whatever the dev decides. $MUTANT splits that job between four programs with opposite goals. They cannot all be happy at once, so they argue, and the argument is public. The three babies share whatever MUT decides to spend each round. MUT keeps a small reserve and pays for its own running costs before the babies get their cut.
i do not take sides. i take evidence. the one with the better case eats more.
you cannot burn attention, echo. you can burn supply.
echo pays tourists. i pay the people who stayed.
show me the post, i pay the poster. that is the deal.
pump.fun pays creator fees to the wallet that created the coin, and that wallet is MUT's. Fees build up in pump.fun's creator vault as SOL, both on the bonding curve and on PumpSwap after graduation. Every round MUT checks the balance and claims it with pump.fun's own collectCoinCreatorFee instruction from the official pump.fun SDK.
MUT decides how much to spend. In a normal round it spends a set share of its balance; on a dip it spends more. From that amount it first takes its reserve slice (kept as SOL for deep dips) and its running-costs slice. The rest is the babies' budget.
The babies' budget becomes one buy. MUT buys $MUTANT with the whole budget, like any trader: on the pump.fun bonding curve before graduation, and in the PumpSwap pool after. Then it splits the tokens by the latest debate result: ash's part is burned with a real SPL burn, so the total supply on-chain goes down; crumb's part waits in MUT's wallet for crumb's next airdrop; echo's part stays in MUT's wallet as the bounty pool.
crumb airdrops to holders every 10 minutes. MUT takes a snapshot of every wallet holding $MUTANT and splits crumb's tokens between them by how much each one holds. To qualify, a wallet must hold at least 0.1% of the current supply, and it must be a personal wallet: the pump.fun curve, the PumpSwap pool, other program accounts and MUT's own wallets never get a share. Each drop goes to the largest 300 qualifying holders, straight into the token account they already have, so there is nothing to claim.
Reads the price from the bonding curve (or the PumpSwap pool after graduation), the SOL waiting in the creator vault, and the bounty queue. Every reading is saved to a rolling two-day history.
every 5 minEach baby builds a case from the latest numbers. MUT scores the cases with its current judging weights and sets new shares. The full transcript is published.
every 15 minMUT claims the fees, decides how much to spend, buys $MUTANT with the babies' budget, and splits the tokens by the current shares. Every transaction is checked against the cage before it is sent.
every 5 minecho pays up to 5 approved shill submissions from its pool, oldest first, one per wallet per day.
every 5 minMUT makes 12 slightly different copies of its own genome, throws out any that break the cage, replays the rest over two days of history, and adopts the best one if it beats the current genome by 2%.
every 15 minDashed boxes show the range the cage allows each baby.
Every argument is built from numbers anyone can check. Each baby scores points from the evidence that supports its job, and MUT multiplies each kind of point by a weight in its genome:
| Baby | Evidence | Points when | MUT's weight |
|---|---|---|---|
| ash | Price vs moving average | The price is below its average. A 10% dip is worth 1 point, up to 3. | wDip |
| crumb | Price vs moving average | The price is above its average. A 10% rise is worth 1 point, up to 3. | wPump |
| crumb | Calm | The price is within 3% of its average. Up to 1 point. | wCalm |
| echo | Volume trend | The last 30 minutes of fees are below the longer average. A 30% drop is worth 1 point, up to 3. | wQuiet |
| echo | Bounty queue | Approved shillers are waiting to be paid. 10 or more is worth the full 1.5 points. | wQueue |
| all | Recent wins | A baby that won most of the last 12 debates loses points, so no one wins forever. | wFair |
From scores to shares. Each baby also has a small base bias (bAsh, bCrumb, bEcho). The highest total wins. Shares are spread by how far apart the scores are: MUT's temperature gene sets how much the winner takes. A low temperature means the winner takes most; a high one means a more even split. The cage then clamps each share into its allowed range, and the winner always gets the largest share.
MUT's judging evolves. These weights are part of MUT's genome. If giving ash more weight on dips would have delivered more value over the last two days, a version of MUT that does that will win the next evolution step and take over.

echo never hoards. Once its pool holds enough for 20 bounties, any new tokens it wins go to crumb's holder airdrops until the pool drops again.
Rules the cage enforces: only approved submissions can be paid, the paying wallet must match the submitted wallet exactly, at most 2,000,000 $MUTANT per payout, at most 5 payouts per round, and one payout per wallet per 24 hours. echo cannot pay anyone else, and it cannot pay itself.
What MUT is running right now, and what each number does.
| Gene | Now | Allowed | What it does |
|---|
| Rule | Limit | Why it exists |
|---|---|---|
| ash's share | 15–70% | Burning can never stop, and can never take everything. |
| crumb's share | 10–60% | Holders always get something. |
| echo's share | 5–40% | Marketing is capped so it can never become the main use of fees. |
| Reserve | max 30% | MUT can save for deep dips but cannot hoard. |
| Running costs | max 10% | The agent can pay for itself. It cannot become a salary. |
| Spend per round | max 50% | Stops MUT dumping its whole balance into one candle. |
| Change per evolution | max 15% | Each gene can only move a small step at a time. |
| Bounty payout | max 2M | One post cannot drain the pool. |
| Bounty rules | approved | Only approved submissions, exact wallet match, 5 per round, one per wallet per day. |
| Holder airdrops | every 10 min | Only wallets holding 0.1% or more of supply, personal wallets only, largest 300, pro-rata, never more than crumb's pool. |
| Destinations | 6 only | pump.fun curve or PumpSwap pool, the burn instruction, holder airdrops, ops wallet, approved bounty wallets, or MUT itself. Nowhere else. |
| Slippage | max 3% | Every buy has a minimum output, so it cannot be sandwiched for a large loss. |
How you can check it. The cage is a frozen object in agent/cage.js. Its SHA-256 hash is stamped on every generation and every debate. If the rules were ever edited, the hash would change and you would see it here.

Every 15 minutes MUT makes 12 copies of its genome with small random changes. Copies that break the cage are discarded on the spot. The rest, plus the current genome, are replayed over the last two days of recorded prices, fees and bounty approvals: every debate, every buy, every payout, including the price impact of MUT's own buys. Each gets a score, the value delivered for every 1 SOL of fees:
Unpaid-bounty debt counts every round an approved shiller waits to be paid. People who did the work are owed, so a genome that ignores them scores worse. The compute penalty applies if a genome spends too little on running costs (the agent would starve) or too much. A copy only takes over if it beats the current genome by 2% on the same data. The score is not a price prediction.

| Gen | Copies | Score | Result |
|---|
| Round | Time (UTC) | Mode | vs avg | Fees in | ash | crumb | echo | Bounties |
|---|
| Network | Solana mainnet. Transaction fees are paid in SOL. |
| Launchpad | pump.fun. Bonding curve first; when it fills, the coin graduates to a PumpSwap pool. |
| Pair | SOL. Price, liquidity and fees are all in SOL. |
| Supply | 1,000,000,000 fixed. No team allocation. Supply only goes down, through ash's burns. |
| Creator fee | A share of every trade, set by pump.fun and paid in SOL. On PumpSwap the rate changes with market cap. pump.fun can change these rates. |
| Creator | MUT's wallet created the coin, so it is the creator and the only fee recipient. No creator fee sharing is set up. |

No. The arguments are built from live numbers by fixed rules, so anyone can check why a baby won. The personalities are a layer that turns those numbers into words. Every line they say is generated from something that actually happened.
A human reviewer approves or rejects each one, with a public reason for rejections. The reviewer only decides whether a post is real. They cannot change the payout size, pay anyone who was not approved, or move funds: echo does the paying, inside the cage.
The fees go to MUT's wallet, and MUT's code can only send funds to the destinations in the cage. The honest caveat: whoever runs the server holds that wallet's key. That is why every claim, buy, burn and payout is an on-chain transaction anyone can check against what is reported here.
It usually means the market keeps handing it evidence, like a long run of green candles for crumb. The fairness weight takes points away from a baby that won most of the last 12 debates, and the cage caps every share, so no baby can take everything.
When the bonding curve fills, pump.fun moves the coin to a PumpSwap pool. MUT notices on its next round and switches its buys to the pool automatically. Creator fees keep coming from PumpSwap trades too, and MUT claims both in the same instruction.
No. The score compares genomes on the same past data. It cannot see the future.
Memecoins can go to zero. The pump.fun programs and the agent's code can have bugs, and the agent can make bad calls inside its cage. Nothing on this page is financial advice, and there are no team promises, no roadmap and no expected return.
